Law Firm Taepyungyang Publishes 'Workplace Bullying Manual'
Law firm Bae, Kim & Lee published a book titled "Understanding Workplace Harassment through Q&A" on the 14th, compiling the contents organized after handling about 300 cases since the enforcement of the Workplace Harassment Act.
The book consists of three chapters. Chapter 1 covers the criteria for determining workplace harassment, Chapter 2 provides guidance on the practical investigation of workplace harassment, and Chapter 3 addresses legal issues related to workplace harassment. In particular, Chapter 3 is composed of case-centered content regarding the relationship between workplace harassment and other systems such as sexual harassment and occupational accidents.
