LH has been promoting a small library revitalization project by utilizing community facility spaces within rental apartment complexes so that anyone can easily enjoy and access books. Since its inception in 2021, it has supported more than 220 complexes annually. It was recognized for enhancing satisfaction by presenting these spaces not only as places to read books but also as community-oriented cultural spaces where residents voluntarily participate and enjoy. LH introduced a resident community manager system that supports the development of resident participation programs and club operations, with a total of 968 people having been active so far. The remodeling and facility improvement project has also been steadily promoted, with 174 small libraries in complexes renovated since 2021.
