The event, attended by 41 master teachers from elementary and secondary schools, was organized to share educational expertise among master teachers and to discuss the future direction of education development at schools.
Through the operation of a class-sharing concert led by master teachers, who are experts in teaching, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on ways to expand various digital-based student-participatory classes and foster a culture of class sharing.
For the 2025 academic year, Chungnam Office of Education has 16 master teachers in elementary schools and 25 in secondary schools. As key leaders at the educational field, they serve as facilitators of class innovation and sharing by supporting new and less experienced teachers, operating professional development programs for class growth, and acting as instructional experts.
Superintendent Kim Ji-cheol said, "Master teachers are leading educational innovation as key leaders in school education alongside their fellow teachers," and added, "I hope this idea sharing session will serve as an opportunity to bring together the capabilities of master teachers and contribute to the advancement of local education."
