Woongjin ThinkBig announced on the 8th that it is recruiting 'Global Book Curators' targeting migrant background families.
Global Book Curators will introduce Woongjin Book Club collections and educational services in their native languages through online channels. To ensure easy participation even for those not proficient in Korean, the program is offered in six languages: Korean, English, Chinese, Vietnamese, Mongolian, and Cambodian, along with multilingual online education. Activities can be conducted solely through online channels without time or location constraints, allowing flexible economic participation.

View original imageSelected Global Book Curators will be given various opportunities to experience domestic culture that help with life in Korea based on their performance. Support is provided for related courses to help them grow as education experts by obtaining over 20 types of private certifications such as parent counseling specialist, child reading instructor, and literary psychological counselor.
Applications can be submitted through the official Woongjin ThinkBig Global Book Curator page. Application details are connected to the nearest center in the area for easy guidance.
Meanwhile, about 400 Global Book Curators are currently active at Woongjin ThinkBig. Since last year, Woongjin ThinkBig has been conducting various events for migrant background families, and through this official recruitment of Global Book Curators, it plans to actively expand support activities for multicultural families.
