The park observatory had been temporarily open only on weekends from June to August, the lotus blooming season. However, with this expansion, the observatory will operate year-round. Opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. To facilitate this, the city has refurbished the observatory by installing decks on the access roads and carrying out painting work.
