Hanam-si, 2025 Individual Official Land Price Inspection and Opinion Submission Underway
Gyeonggi Hanam City (Mayor Lee Hyun-jae) announced on the 20th that it will conduct a public inspection and accept opinions on the individual official land prices (44,258 parcels) as of January 1 this year, from the 21st to April 9.
The individual official land prices were calculated based on the standard land prices decided and announced by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, reflecting the characteristics of individual land parcels. They can be checked through the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Real Estate Price Disclosure website, by visiting the Land Information Division of Hanam City Hall, or by phone inquiry.
Landowners and interested parties may submit their opinions directly to the Land Information Division of Hanam City Hall. Opinions can also be submitted online (via the Real Estate Price Disclosure website), by mail, or by fax.
Submitted opinions will be re-investigated for the appropriateness of price calculation, including price comparisons with nearby land, followed by verification by an appraisal corporation and deliberation by the Hanam City Real Estate Price Disclosure Committee. The final decision and announcement are scheduled for April 30.
