Danggeun announced on the 18th that it has introduced the 'Safe Compensation System' to compensate for fraud damages occurring in transactions using Danggeun Pay's safe payment.
The Danggeun Safe Compensation System is a service that compensates users in case of fraud damages occurring in secondhand transactions using safe payment. If the buyer has confirmed the purchase first but did not receive the item, or if the seller sent a counterfeit instead of a genuine product, and fraud damage occurs after safe payment, the user can report it to Danggeun within 15 days from the purchase confirmation date. After going through procedures such as damage verification, users can receive full compensation up to the maximum safe payment amount of 1,950,000 KRW per case.
