Korean Academy of Engineering, Hosts '2025 Autonomous Driving Forum'
The National Academy of Engineering of Korea announced on the 12th that it will hold the '2025 Autonomous Driving Forum' at 3 p.m. on the 14th at the EL Tower in Yangjae-dong.
At this forum, with autonomous driving technology recently moving beyond the verification stage into full-scale commercialization, the focus will be on discussing measures to revitalize the autonomous driving industry through the introduction of the 'Driving Service Provider' system.
The keynote speech will be delivered by Kim Young-gi, Chair of the Autonomous Driving Committee of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea, followed by a main session featuring technology and industry experts, where a panel discussion on the necessity and application methods of driving service providers will take place.

Yoon Ui-jun, President of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea, stated, "We hope this autonomous driving forum will be an important turning point in securing South Korea's global leadership in the autonomous driving industry," adding, "Through cooperation among industry, academia, and government, we will realize the introduction of the 'Driving Service Provider' system and spare no effort in supporting the establishment of a sustainable autonomous driving ecosystem."
