Jeju Airport flights were massively canceled due to strong winds and blizzards with a maximum instantaneous wind speed reaching 31 m/s.
According to Korea Airports Corporation Jeju Airport on the 7th, as of 5:20 PM that day, 138 domestic departures and 144 domestic arrivals, as well as 8 international departures and 11 international arrivals were canceled at Jeju Airport. 23 domestic departures and 32 domestic arrivals were delayed, along with 2 international departures and 1 international arrival.
At Jeju Airport, 187 domestic departures and arrivals each, and 21 international departures and 18 international arrivals were scheduled to operate. So far, only 47 domestic departures and 43 domestic arrivals, and 10 international departures and 6 international arrivals have operated.
