Promoting Mutual Development and Practical Exchanges Between the Two Organizations
Daegu Cyber University has taken the lead in advancing elderly welfare in the local community.
On the 4th, at the Daegu YWCA Home Care Center for the Elderly, a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for mutual cooperation was signed with seven home care elderly welfare centers under Dalseo-gu: ▲ Dalseo-gu Senior Welfare Center (Center Director Kim Jin-hong) ▲ Seongseo Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Lee Byung-kyu) ▲ Daegu YWCA Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Jeon Moon-hee) ▲ Wolseong Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Lee Seung-hee) ▲ Good Silver Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Jang Sung-tae) ▲ Daedeok Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Do Hyun-wook) ▲ Daegu Home Care Center for the Elderly (Center Director Park Ki-young).

The main contents of the agreement include ▲ promotion of training program development ▲ joint research and academic seminar hosting ▲ provision of industry-academia scholarship grants (for affiliated employees and their families) ▲ support for promotional activities of both organizations, aiming to strengthen cooperation in various fields.
Kim Han-yang, Director of Planning, stated, “Through this agreement, we expect to establish a practical cooperation system in the field of elderly welfare and further strengthen the connection between academia and practice.”
