On the 20th, Kim posted on his Facebook, "More surprising than the 'first arrest of a sitting president' was the 'first incitement of rebellion and riot by a sitting president,'" and pointed out, "The riot that occurred at the Western District Court was, when examined closely, the result of the continuous incitement by Yoon Suk-yeol, the leader of the rebellion."
He said, "President Yoon was the first president who claimed to be a prosecutor, a so-called enforcer and protector of the law," adding, "Not only did such a person instigate a rebellion that shook the constitution and national flag, but he also defied all legal procedures and was eventually arrested."

Furthermore, former Governor Kim emphasized, "We must go differently from them. We must be different to win," and said, "Extreme hatred and overthrow, unilateralism that does not accept differences, arrogance and pride. We must go in the exact opposite direction. We must be different from them to win. We must change for politics to change."
