Yoon's Arrest Detention Review Assigned to Seoul Central District Court Criminal Single Judge
The side of President Yoon Suk-yeol has filed a petition for a detention review with the court, arguing that the arrest by the High-ranking Officials' Crime Investigation Division (Gong-su-cheo) was unjust, and the case has been assigned to a single criminal judge at the Seoul Central District Court.
