This performance sharing meeting was organized to share cases of project operation and to spread the achievements of the education welfare projects to school sites, with about 150 education welfare project stakeholders participating.
Accordingly, the performance sharing meeting will proceed with three themes related to the education welfare projects.
The first theme features Kang Yeol, vice principal of the affiliated school operating the Education Welfare Priority Support Project (Suwon Jungchon Elementary School), and Mindulle, the education welfare officer of the project school (Bucheon Technical High School), sharing cases of teacher- and school-centered education welfare operations.
Suwon Jungchon Elementary School will introduce teacher-centered mentorship and the Todak Todak student support program, as well as the ‘Ahae Sarang Teacher Council’ for students requiring intensive support, while Bucheon Technical High School will present the adaptation period during which the Education Welfare Priority Support Project took root in the school.
The second theme is a talk concert where representatives from Bucheon Education Support Office, Jigucheon Community Child Center, and Deoksan Middle School form a team to share know-how on local networks. The Bucheon regional network is conducting a community education movement where families, schools, and local communities create dreams and hopes together with children.
The third theme introduces the efforts of leading schools and education support offices in building the Student Customized Integrated Support System, presented together by teacher Song Seong-rip of Munsijung School and officer Seo Dong-mi of Hwaseong Osan Education Support Office.
Munsijung School will share the difficulties in operating the ‘Student Customized Integrated Support’ and the student growth records, while Hwaseong Osan Education Support Office will guide the collaboration system of the ‘Bead Stringing’ integrated support project and examples of local community networks.
Along with this, various promotional materials such as planned news articles, participant interview videos, and card news created to promote the education welfare projects will also be exhibited.
