InnoBiz Association Produces Next-Generation Leaders to Drive InnoBiz Companies
The Korea Technology Innovation Association for Small and Medium Enterprises (Inno-Biz Association) announced on the 12th that it held the '2nd Next-Generation Executive Course Graduation Ceremony' at the Samjung Hotel in Seoul, producing 32 graduates.

View original imageThe Inno-Biz Next-Generation Executive Course is a program designed to help next-generation leaders of Inno-Biz companies cultivate management capabilities amid rapidly changing environments such as AI and digital transformation, and to seek new solutions to promote sustainable growth.
The association operated the 2nd course from September for 12 weeks following the April session, covering core topics for new leaps including △management strategies and △leadership to implement them, △digital transformation (DX), and △innovative growth through inter-company cooperative R&D, aimed at organizational culture and crisis management.
