According to the city, the signing ceremony held at the city hall situation room was attended by Lee Wan-seop, Mayor of Seosan, Choi Kyung-yong, Head of the Chungcheong Regional Headquarters of Korea Industrial Complex Corporation, and seven other officials.
The officials who participated in the agreement expressed their intention to cooperate in building the Youth Culture Center, which will enhance the convenience of workers at the Suseok Agricultural and Industrial Complex and contribute to attracting young talent.

The Youth Culture Center will be built on the available land of the Suseok Agricultural and Industrial Complex management office, with one basement level and four above-ground floors. It will be operated as a sustainable space for communication and relaxation for young people.
Mayor Lee Wan-seop stated, "We will expand cultural and convenience facilities for young workers in the industrial complex and transform it into a cultural industrial complex that not only young workers but also nearby residents will visit, with unique programs."
