View original imageOn the 25th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's YouTube channel released CCTV footage captured on the 6th in an alley in Seoul. The video showed a man, Mr. A, pulling a cart and wandering through the alleyways.
At first glance, Mr. A appeared to be collecting scrap paper, but in reality, it was a disguise to avoid attracting attention. He was about to load delivery packages left in front of someone else's house onto his cart and flee.
Usually, carts carry scrap paper boxes that are already damaged or dirty, but the items on Mr. A's cart were neat boxes with unopened packaging. Upon realizing this, the police immediately arrested Mr. A at the scene as a suspect caught in the act.

Delivery packages belonging to victims were found on the cart, and when questioned by the police, Mr. A confessed, saying, "I stole the packages." The stolen packages were found to contain items worth approximately 130,000 won. The police promptly recovered the stolen goods and subsequently apprehended Mr. A.
