'Batch Provision Service for Simplified Data' Must Be Applied by the 30th... National Tax Service Provides Directly to Companies
The National Tax Service announced on the 20th that it will accept applications for the 'Batch Provision Service for Simplified Data,' where the National Tax Service directly provides year-end tax adjustment simplified data to companies, until the 30th of this month.
When using the service, employees do not need to individually upload deduction data to the company's year-end tax adjustment system, and companies can save time and effort in data collection.
Last year, 700,000 companies and 2.5 million employees used the service conveniently, and system overload during the peak year-end tax adjustment period was also prevented.

To use the batch provision service, companies must register the employee list by the 30th of this month through ▲ importing last year's list ▲ entering and uploading the Excel form provided by the National Tax Service ▲ or direct input method. The procedure is completed when employees check (agree to) the companies providing data and the scope of data provided on Hometax (or Sontax) from December 1st to January 15th of the following year.
