Changwon University Operation: Changwon Lifelong Learning & Science Festival Successfully Held
Changwon Special City, Over 20,000 Visitors Attend the Event Venue
Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced that over 20,000 citizens participated in the ‘2024 Changwon Lifelong Learning & Science Festival,’ held at the Changwon Convention Center from the 2nd to the 3rd, concluding successfully.
Under the theme ‘Changwon Grand Operation, JUMP UP 20!,’ this festival featured various experiential, exhibition, and lecture programs reflecting on the past 20 years as a lifelong learning and science city and presenting the vision for the future of Changwon.
In particular, to commemorate the 20th anniversary of being designated a lifelong learning city, the ‘Changwon Runway,’ which involved 300 citizens of various professions and age groups, was praised as a meaningful and impressive opening performance.
Additionally, the special lecture by popular YouTuber Geekble (Sudragon) and the Family Science Contest received great response, with pre-registration closing within 30 minutes. More lifelong learning and science institutions participated than ever before, captivating citizens with diverse experiential programs.
