View original imageThis education is a legally mandated training under Article 17 of the 「Apartment Housing Management Act」, requiring members of residents’ representative councils to complete 4 hours annually. The city invited Attorney Jongkyu Kim, a representative lawyer from the law firm Inbon and an expert in apartment housing-related fields, to provide instruction on major amendments to apartment housing management laws, duties, qualities, and ethics of residents’ representative council members, and matters related to revitalizing apartment complex communities.
With the establishment of the Apartment Housing Audit Team in January this year, practical training focused on sharing audit cases from the past year was conducted, along with a Q&A session to address questions and complaints related to apartment housing management. In particular, the educational materials were created in an easy-to-understand manner centered on practical cases, receiving enthusiastic responses from attendees.
