Gradual Expansion of Manager Welfare Benefits
Saenghwal Research Institute, which operates the home cleaning service platform Cheongso Yeonguso, announced on the 21st that it will fully cover the cost of flu vaccinations for cleaning managers during the winter season.
This initiative was introduced by Cheongso Yeonguso to help manage the health of its managers while minimizing customers' exposure to the flu virus, and has been conducted annually since the service began in 2017.
The program is available until the 29th of next month for cleaning managers who have worked more than 130 hours as of October, and those who submit detailed medical records within 7 days after receiving the flu vaccination to Cheongso Yeonguso can be reimbursed for the cost.
Yeon Hyun-joo, CEO of Saenghwal Research Institute, said, “By fully supporting the cost of flu vaccinations every year, we strive to enhance immunity against the flu virus for both cleaning managers and customers so they can maintain a healthy daily life. We will continue to improve working conditions through better welfare policies to sustain the high level of service satisfaction as we do now.”
