Participating employees evaluated their companies based on criteria such as willingness to recommend their employer to family or friends, salary, talent development, and remote work options. Companies could not influence the survey, and respondents' anonymity was guaranteed.
Samsung Electronics held the number one position for four consecutive years since 2020, but in this survey, it was surpassed by Microsoft (1st) and Alphabet, Google's parent company (2nd). American and European companies dominated the top ranks. American design software company Adobe ranked 4th, while BMW Group, Delta Air Lines, Airbus, IKEA, LEGO Group, and IBM were also listed in the top 10.
However, Samsung Electronics was the only company from Korea, as well as from Asia, to be ranked within the top 10 in the Forbes survey.
