Daedo Yeonrip, located at 983-15, Siheung-dong, Geumcheon-gu, is a small complex consisting of 99 households with an exclusive area of 60㎡, completed in 1983.
Through the small-scale reconstruction project, two buildings with three basement floors to 25 above-ground floors, 200 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡, and auxiliary welfare facilities will be constructed.
The city’s architectural committee ensured harmony with the nearby Anyangcheon Stream and surrounding buildings, and required the creation of a pilotis on the ground floor and a resting yard on the east side of the complex (street zone).
Utilizing the vacant land within the site located on the north side of the project area, a street environment will be created to allow pedestrians and residents to move safely.
