[Featured Stocks] Hanmi Semiconductor and DB HiTek Also Plunge Simultaneously
Amid concerns over a U.S. economic recession and an antitrust investigation into Nvidia, the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index in the U.S. plummeted more than 7%, causing domestic semiconductor component stocks to sharply decline on the 4th.
At 9:43 a.m. that day, Hanmi Semiconductor was trading at 101,400 KRW, down 6.63% from the previous day. DB HiTek also dropped 3.47% to 38,900 KRW.
The New York stock market closed lower overnight due to the August Manufacturing Purchasing Managers' Index (PMI) released by the U.S. Institute for Supply Management (ISM) and the August Manufacturing PMI from S&P Global both falling short of market expectations.
