Beyond Honeycomb developed a solution to pre-cook the signature menu of Eunbi Galbi, pork ribs, over charcoal using GRILL X. Through this, customers can enjoy the pre-cooked meat at the table in just 2 minutes.
Based on this MOU, the two companies will conduct additional verification of GRILL X at the Eunbi Galbi Sinsa main store before expanding to franchise locations. Furthermore, through joint research, they plan to advance the AI grill robot solution that uniformly grills the challenging marinated meat.
Jung Hyun-ki, CEO of Beyond Honeycomb, said, "This is a meaningful project as we can provide pork ribs, which are difficult for humans to grill, with consistent quality using GRILL X."
