Anseong Iljuk Market 'Luna Festival' to be Held on Next Month 24-25
Flea Market and Munhwak Performance Events Organized
Gyeonggi-do Anseong City, together with the Iljuk Market Merchants Association, will hold the 'Iljuk Market Luna Festival' on the 24th and 25th of next month.
This event, organized to revitalize traditional markets, is part of the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'First Step Foundation Project.' The event is held in collaboration with director An Wan-bae, who operates the famous flea market River Market.
The event will feature various activities including a flea market, cultural performances, experiences, and recreational activities. The market merchants association is recruiting flea market participants until the 10th of next month. An Anseong City official stated, "Through hosting the River Market, we aim to establish Iljuk Market as a regional landmark," adding, "We will continue to support various cultural and economic activities to revitalize traditional markets."
