Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation's 'Card-Type Gold' Also Available for Purchase at Convenience Stores
Gold card-type MINT products from the Korea Minting and Security Printing Corporation are now available for purchase at convenience stores.
On the 17th, the Mint announced that it had signed a business agreement with BG Retail regarding the expansion of distribution infrastructure and services in the ICT sector.

View original imageAccording to the agreement, the Mint will expand sales of MINT products such as gold cards and pendant medals by utilizing BGF Retail's online and offline infrastructure, and will promote the expansion of new services to enhance customer convenience by integrating ICT anti-counterfeiting technologies such as identity verification and digital payments.
BGF Retail operates chain businesses centered on convenience stores (CU), logistics, POS systems, and service products.
In April, the Mint launched 10 types of gold cards for the first phase through convenience stores nationwide and the Pocket CU app. Since last month, it has been selling the second phase, which includes 10 types of gold cards and pendant medals. The 1g gold sold out within two days of launch, demonstrating high popularity.

Moreover, the Mint will contribute to customer convenience by discovering new services utilizing identity verification and anti-counterfeiting technologies.”
