Coway Selected No.1 in Water Purifier Category at '2024 National Customer Satisfaction'
Coway announced on the 11th that it was selected as the No. 1 brand in the water purifier category in the ‘2024 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI)’ survey conducted by the Korea Productivity Center.
The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) is an indicator that measures customer satisfaction with products and services provided by companies, with customers who have used the products directly evaluating their satisfaction. The water purifier category survey was conducted on 1,390 customers who have rented water purifiers and received on-site management services within the past three years.
In this survey targeting four major domestic water purifier companies, Coway achieved the highest customer satisfaction score and was selected as the No. 1 brand in the water purifier category. In particular, Coway received the highest scores in satisfaction evaluations by function, including general water purifiers, hot and cold water purifiers, and ice water purifiers.
Coway was highly evaluated for meeting consumer needs and providing differentiated customer experiences based on the excellent product quality of its representative water purifier product, the Icon series, and its expertise in care services.
The Coway Icon series, a bestseller product with cumulative sales exceeding one million units, is recognized for creating a new trend in the water purifier market with its technology, high hygiene standards, and innovative design. The recently launched ‘2024 Coway Icon Ice Water Purifier’ was acknowledged for its competitiveness by being the first ice water purifier equipped with user-customizable functions that allow control over hot water temperature, water output volume, and ice size according to user preferences.
Based on over 30 years of expertise and know-how in rental care services, Coway provides differentiated on-site management services. Recently, in response to customers’ increased hygiene management needs, Coway introduced and operates the ‘Safe Photo Service,’ which allows customers to directly check the product’s management status. This service targets customers using tank-type water purifiers, taking photos of the inside of the water purifier tank after on-site management and sending them to customers, enabling them to verify the product’s condition and use it with confidence, thereby gaining high trust from consumers.
