On the 10th, GH announced on the 11th that it signed a business agreement at its Suwon Gwanggyo office with Siheung City and Siheung Urban Corporation to successfully advance the Siheung Daeya Station Urban Public Housing Complex Project. The agreement focuses on joint response to feasibility reviews and current issues, securing consent rates for district designation, reflecting local residents' opinions, and regional development.
The area around Siheung Daeya Station has been designated as the 10th candidate site for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's urban complex project, and district designation is being promoted to improve the urban environment through ▲ expansion of living SOC ▲ improvement of transportation conditions ▲ supply of high-quality housing.
