LGU+ Introduces Ixi Telecom Planner for AI-Based Plan Diagnosis and Benefit Recommendations
LGU+ Offers Plan Diagnosis and Personalized Benefit Recommendations
Utilizes Proprietary AI 'Ixy' for Customer Analysis
LG Uplus is introducing the 'ixi Communication Planner,' which recommends personalized plans and benefits that customers may have missed through artificial intelligence (AI) analysis.
On the 3rd, LG Uplus announced that it will introduce the 'ixi Communication Planner,' which manages plans and benefits by analyzing customers' usage patterns with AI, on LG Uplus's digital channel 'Uplus.com' and the customer center app 'YourU+'.
The 'ixi Communication Planner,' utilizing LG Uplus's proprietary AI technology 'ixi,' provides services such as ▲diagnosing the plans customers are currently using ▲recommending personalized plans ▲recommending and managing benefits.
Based on five attributes?data, membership, interests, discounts, and usage period?the service analyzes customers' usage patterns to provide a 'diagnosis service' that determines whether the plan currently used by the customer is optimal. Afterwards, it recommends plans suitable for the customer.
A personalized benefit recommendation feature will also be introduced within next month. It informs customers not only of the benefits they use monthly but also of benefits they are currently missing that are expected to be in demand.
Along with the introduction of the ixi Communication Planner, LG Uplus will also conduct the TCO campaign, which informs customers of the cumulative amount of benefits they have received.
