Former Blue House Spokesperson Kang Min-seok Appointed as Gyeonggi Province Spokesperson

View original imageKang Min-seok (58), former spokesperson for the Moon Jae-in administration's Blue House, was appointed as the spokesperson for Gyeonggi Province on the 2nd.
Spokesperson Kang graduated from Yonsei University with a degree in Public Administration and is a former journalist who worked as a reporter for Kyunghyang Shinmun and served as political chief, editorial writer, and political editor at JoongAng Ilbo. He also served as a special advisor to National Assembly Speaker Park Byeong-seok and as spokesperson for the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education.
In the general election last April, he worked as a spokesperson for the Democratic Party of Korea's Central Election Countermeasures Committee.
Spokesperson Kang also published "Seungbusa Moon Jae-in," which records President Moon Jae-in and the government's COVID-19 measures and responses.
