The Disabled Sports Referee Academy is an annual training program conducted to ensure the fairness and enhance the capabilities and professionalism of the standing referees of the Korea Paralympic Committee.

The program is divided into general, refresher, and advanced courses. The general course targets new referees by sport and those who did not complete the academy last year, fostering basic qualities required as referees such as understanding disabled sports, safety, referee ethics, and athlete human rights. The refresher course is for those who have completed the general course of the academy and contributes to ensuring fairness through education. The advanced course offers expert lectures and other programs for standing referees by sport.

Professor Kim Young-mi of the Department of Sports for All at Samyook University said, "The curriculum was designed based on field inspections and performance analysis of existing standing referee activities," adding, "We will successfully carry out the project and contribute to the development of disabled sports."
