Incheon Beaches to Open Sequentially from the 22nd, Including Wangsang, Eulwangri, and Hanagae
This year, Incheon's beaches will open from the 22nd and operate until September 8th.
According to Incheon City, starting with Wangsan, Eulwangri, and Hanagae beaches in Jung-gu, Ongjin-gun's Janggyungri and Simripo beaches are scheduled to open sequentially from the 5th of next month.
Incheon's beaches, blessed with pristine natural environments, attract many citizens from the metropolitan area. Last year alone, over 950,000 people visited.
Incheon City, Ongjin-gun, and Jung-gu plan to inspect the sandy beaches, convenience facilities, and safety equipment before opening 11 beaches and 18 coastal areas to ensure visitor safety. Additionally, officials and water safety management personnel will be deployed on-site, and cooperation with the coast guard, fire station, and police will be strengthened to manage visitor safety.

An official from Incheon City stated, "Due to hotter weather than usual this summer, many visitors are expected to come to Incheon's beaches. We will work closely with related organizations to ensure citizens can use the beaches safely."
