Naver Memo Service Revamp... Enhanced User Experience and Dark Mode Added
Added User Preference Features for Various Devices
Naver announced on the 14th that it will completely revamp the 'Naver Memo' service. The application update will be carried out sequentially until the 28th.
Naver plans to add new features highly preferred by users, such as dark mode, while maintaining the existing usability. The service will be provided to allow convenient use of Naver Memo across various device environments including PC, smartphones, and tablets.
Through this revamp, users will be able to conveniently use the memo service by selecting various options. The design of the Naver Memo home screen will be improved so that memo contents are more clearly visible, and users can choose their preferred memo viewing method.
In the memo app, users can customize settings such as five levels of font size, six types of fonts, memo paper colors, and dark/light modes according to their preferences. Additionally, when attaching photos in the memo app, text within the photos can be extracted as text, and by using the voice recognition feature, users can convert voice to text to conveniently create memos.
The search function and the feature to organize memos by topic have also become more convenient. Frequently accessed memos can be separately categorized through the Favorites tab, tags (#), and memo pinning features. Using the content aggregation feature, users can gather photos, voice recordings, and links scattered across memos. Furthermore, users can find memos containing all specified keywords or quickly locate desired content within long memos using the in-memo search function.
