According to Seoul City, the Ttubok Ttubok Festival will operate normally on that day, but there will be some program cancellations and time changes. The overall festival hours will be shortened from the original 1 PM to 9 PM to 1 PM to 6 PM. Two programs, ‘Donghaeng Market: Farmer’s Market’ and ‘Picnic Healing Zone,’ will not be held. The special program ‘Hangang Rising Star’ will start at 2 PM instead of the originally scheduled 6:30 PM.
Seoul City announced, "We would appreciate your understanding for the early closure of the event to ensure the safety of visiting citizens and the safe work of the staff supporting the event." The vehicle control hours have also been changed from the original 11 AM to 11 PM to 11 AM to 8 PM.
