Hancom Implements Performance-Linked Incentive System with Exceptional Benefits for Employees
Hancom announced on the 8th that it will implement a new incentive system that allows employees to focus their capabilities in order to discover new growth engines.
Hancom plans to provide incentives to employees who generate results through new businesses and actively support the execution of strategic tasks. The company explained that it aims to secure new growth engines by encouraging employees' spirit of challenge and work immersion.
The new business incentive system will be paid separately from the existing management performance bonuses. Specific payment criteria and timing will be determined later.
The "Strategic Task Support System," operated to activate the Task Force Team (TFT), targets not only projects related to new businesses but also management strategy TFTs that can develop existing businesses. Various benefits such as workshop expenses and activity costs will be provided at the kickoff.
