Datarize Secures 15 Billion KRW Series B Funding
Atinum Investment, Stonebridge Ventures, Mirae Asset Ventures Participate in Investment
DataRise, a company providing customer relationship management (CRM) marketing services for e-commerce, announced on the 8th that it has secured 15 billion KRW in Series B funding. Atinum Investment led the investment round, with existing investors Stonebridge Ventures and Mirae Asset Venture Investment also participating in the follow-up funding.
DataRise offers a service that automatically collects and analyzes site and customer data with simple installation, and based on the analysis, automates ▲personalized campaign material creation ▲audience setting ▲sending ▲operation ▲result analysis. The analyzed data is also organized into key indicators, funnels, cohorts, and segment metrics, providing a comprehensive view of the data necessary for e-commerce growth. Custom functions for material creation and audience setting are also provided.
DataRise recorded a threefold increase in sales compared to the previous year and maintained a service retention rate of over 95%. Currently, more than 500 customers are using the service. It is recognized as the number one CRM marketing solution in Korea, achieving an average purchase conversion rate increase of 8% and a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 3854%. Last year, the company established subsidiaries in the United States and Japan, entering the global market simultaneously with the launch of its service on Shopify. To advance its technology, DataRise is actively recruiting for data and backend positions, strengthening its internal workforce.
Atinum Investment stated, "The need for CRM solutions that enable highly efficient personalized marketing is increasing, and we are particularly focused on the fact that this issue is being addressed by a team of serial entrepreneurs with prior experience in data business M&A exits." They added, "There is abundant growth potential in the domestic market, and initial product demand has recently been confirmed in the Japanese market. If localized strategies such as local partner sales are added, even faster growth can be achieved."
