BNK Busan Bank Revamps 'Mobile Banking App'
Main Screen, Full Menu, My Page, and Other Customer-Centric Renovations
BNK Busan Bank (President Bang Seong-bin) revamped its mobile banking app on the 26th to enhance customer convenience and accessibility.
With this update, customers can immediately check their main account, transaction history, and financial assets on the new main screen. They can also receive important personal financial schedules and customized product recommendations.
The overall menu and user interface have been improved with a user-centered approach. Complex financial terms have been replaced with easy-to-understand words, and an intuitive icon-based design has been adopted to help users easily grasp each function. Additionally, customers can set frequently used menus as favorites for quick access.
Furthermore, the My Page section has been redesigned to allow customers to view and manage all their scattered financial information at a glance.
