Gyeonggi-do Inspects 31 Public Construction Sites... Participation of Citizen Supervisory Group
Gyeonggi Province will conduct inspections of 31 public construction sites within the province.
On the 29th, Gyeonggi Province announced that from March to November, it will carry out inspections of 31 public construction sites in four sectors?roads, railways, rivers, and buildings?commissioned by the province and its affiliated organizations, in collaboration with the ‘Gyeonggi Province Construction Project Citizen Supervisory Group’ composed of experts in the construction field.
In 2019, Gyeonggi Province formed the ‘Construction Project Citizen Supervisory Group’ with 30 experts through the nation’s first open recruitment.

Jung Seon-woo, Director of the Construction Bureau of Gyeonggi Province, stated, "Since these facilities are used by citizens, the main task of the Citizen Supervisory Group is to identify and improve issues from the citizens’ perspective.
