Improvement Work on Altteul Transportation Card System Starting at Midnight on the 3rd
Access to App and Website Unavailable Until 4 PM on the 5th
The Metropolitan Transportation Commission of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced on the 1st that improvement work to enhance the stability of the Altteul Transportation Card system will be carried out from midnight on the 3rd until 4 a.m. on February 5th.
Since last year, the number of Altteul Transportation Card users has surged, currently reaching 1.12 million. Various tasks such as collecting, processing, and settling individual users' public transportation usage records and travel distance information are being performed, making it necessary to improve the Altteul Transportation Card system.
During the work period, access to the Altteul Transportation Card app and website will be restricted.
During the system improvement work, a plan is being considered to provide users who use public transportation with the Altteul Transportation Card the maximum mileage (based on 800m) regardless of travel distance.

The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport stated, "Through this system improvement work, user convenience such as app access speed will be enhanced, and it is expected to respond stably to the increase in users before and after the launch of K-Pass."
