The Administrative Division 6-3 of the Seoul High Court (Presiding Judge Hong Seong-wook) dismissed all appeals on the 24th in the lawsuit filed by CJ Logistics against the Central Labor Commission (CLC) seeking to cancel the retrial decision on relief from unfair labor practices, thereby upholding the original ruling in which CJ Logistics was defeated.
