KRA Busan Yeonje Branch Gifts ‘Love Kimchi’ to Neighbors in Need
Korea Racing Authority held an event where they directly prepared and delivered kimchi to neighbors in need.
Korea Racing Authority Busan Yeonje Branch (Branch Manager Lee Jung-geun) held the 'Kimchi Making for Love' event on the 22nd together with about 30 members from local volunteer organizations such as Yeonje Neighbor Love Association, Busan Daycare Busan Day Protection, and Yeonje-gu Volunteer Service Association.

View original imageThe event, held at Bniel Church in Yeonsan-dong, took place ahead of the full winter season, preparing and delivering kimchi to a total of 200 households in need of care in Yeonje-gu, including elderly living alone, child-headed households, and single-parent families.
The Yeonje Branch of the Korea Racing Authority supported 5 million won of the kimchi-making expenses.
The kimchi prepared that day was delivered to each household through the Yeonje-gu Administrative Welfare Center. Joo Seok-su, head of Yeonje-gu Office, who attended the event, encouraged the participants by saying, “We deeply appreciate the continuous support and social contribution activities for neighbors in need every year.”

The Yeonje Branch of the Korea Racing Authority has been steadily practicing sharing by donating over 60 million won this year through donation project contests in areas such as local job creation, revitalization of the local economy, strengthening social safety nets, and environmental protection.
