Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam announced on the 26th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Testing Certification Institute (hereinafter KTC), a leading domestic testing and certification organization, regarding the establishment and operation of the KTC Changwon Testing and Certification Center.
