Gyeonggi Province announced on the 27th that following the commencement of the road widening project connecting Pocheon Seondan IC in September, the reconstruction of Naechon Bridge (around 726-2 Naeri, Naechon-myeon, Pocheon City) will begin in November.
Naechon Bridge is located in an area densely populated with residential and commercial-industrial zones, resulting in heavy traffic including large vehicles using the bridge.
The reconstruction project will invest a total of 9.2 billion KRW to demolish the deteriorated bridge deck of Naechon Bridge and rebuild it.
Gyeonggi Province expects that upon completion, the project will contribute to revitalizing the local economy by securing a safe passage and improving vehicle traffic conditions.
