At the seminar, 25 recipes developed directly by SubQ's master confectioners, including Basil Tomato Bagel and Orange Cream Pastry, were introduced, and 10 of these recipes were demonstrated.
The recipes introduced this year were mainly composed of menus suitable for neighborhood bakeries and bakery cafes, in line with bakery industry trends. The ingredients primarily utilized basic food materials supplied by Samyang Corporation, such as Q-One flour and sugar, as well as frozen dough from the European frozen bakery company Arista Group's Histang, Italian tomato brand Mutti sauce, and New Zealand's Anchor butter, all provided by SubQ. Additionally, the seminar introduced bakery market trends and offered tasting opportunities to attendees, including neighborhood bakery and bakery cafe workers.
The SubQ Confectionery and Baking Technology Seminar, which has continued for over 20 years, was started to enhance the competitiveness of small bakery businesses and self-employed confectionery shops struggling with new product development and promotion, and to promote mutual growth with client companies. So far, about 280 seminars have been held nationwide, introducing over 1,000 recipes.
