[Photo] Hankyung Association Holds Welcome Reception for New Jersey Governor's Visit to Korea
Purpose of Expanding the Korea-US Business Network in New Jersey
The Korea Economic Association held a 'Welcome Reception for the Governor of New Jersey' on the afternoon of the 18th at the Promenade in the FKI Tower, Yeouido, Seoul. To celebrate Governor Phil Murphy's visit to Korea, about 50 members of the New Jersey economic delegation were invited to expand the network between Korean and New Jersey businesspeople.
Ryu Jin, chairman of the Korea Economic Association and host of the reception, said, "At a time when economic cooperation between Korea and the United States is intensifying, we welcome Governor Murphy's visit to Korea," adding, "We ask for your interest and support so that our companies can play a greater role in New Jersey's specialized industries such as biopharmaceuticals, chemicals, logistics, and advanced industries."
