Gyeonggi Office of Education to Hold 'Second Half Year Circuit Legal Education' on the 20th
The Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education will conduct the second half-year mobile legal education on the 20th of this month.
This education is designed to help field practitioners understand the Office's autonomous regulations and administrative litigation, and to enhance legislative capabilities and practical skills.
The main educational content includes ▲ Principles of drafting educational autonomy regulations ▲ Study of precedents and interpretation cases related to education laws ▲ Practical subjects necessary in the field such as administrative litigation, and will be conducted online in real time.
The principles of drafting educational autonomy regulations will guide the basics of drafting autonomous regulations focusing on six basic principles such as the principle of jurisdiction, the principle of legal supremacy, and the principle of reservation of law.
In the study of precedents and interpretation cases related to education laws, precedents and interpretation cases regarding education-related laws such as the Early Childhood Education Act and the Lifelong Education Act will be introduced, and the practical administrative litigation lecture will cover overall content including basic concepts, requirements, and procedures of administrative litigation.
Lee Miyong, the administrative management officer of the Gyeonggi Provincial Office of Education, stated, "We expect this practical education, which can be utilized in the educational field, to improve understanding of laws and enhance work performance."
