Busan Bank Opens Future-Oriented Branch 'Digital Place' at Centum City Station
BNK Busan Bank opened a future-oriented branch called ‘Digital Place’ at Centum City Station on Busan Metro Line 2 on the 16th to provide convenient financial services to urban railway users and citizens.
The ‘Digital Place’ Centum City Station branch is a digital device-based store equipped with a digital desk for video consultations and a smart teller machine (STM) that customers can operate themselves.
The digital desk is a counter that communicates via video with professional consultation staff and can handle general branch-level services such as ▲new deposits, savings, and housing subscription ▲loan consultation and application ▲foreign exchange services ▲internet and mobile banking registration ▲issuance of various cards.
The digital desk is available from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays, and staff are also assigned to assist digitally marginalized groups to use the service easily.
Additionally, to commemorate the opening and the 56th anniversary of the bank’s founding, starting from the 25th, events such as ‘Find the Number 56!’ and ‘Refreshment Sharing Event’ will be held for customers visiting the ‘Digital Place’ Centum City Station branch.
