Dongjak-gu, Civil Service Department Location Guide? 'Preventing Wasted Trips'
Increasing Resident Convenience by Providing Accurate Location Guidance for Departments in External Buildings Such as Leased Offices and Health Centers
Dongjak-gu (Mayor Park Il-ha) announced on the 13th that it will implement a plan to provide advance guidance on the exact locations of each department to improve convenience for visitors to the district office.
Due to the lack of space in the Dongjak-gu main office, 16 departments including the Environment Division and the Parks and Greenery Division are located in external leased buildings and health centers, causing many visitors to turn back after arriving at the main office.
In response, the district has prepared improvement measures such as ▲ inserting department location information in document forms ▲ enclosing guidance notes when sending official documents ▲ including department location information in text messages and notification talks.
First, by utilizing the internal document system, the forms will be improved so that documents created by departments located in external buildings automatically include department location information.
Also, when sending official documents related to permits (reports) and administrative dispositions, a separate guidance note including the address and transportation information of the relevant department will be enclosed.
Finally, notification talks or text messages related to civil complaints will include department location information at the bottom when sent.
Through these improvements, it is expected that confusion and dissatisfaction among visitors will be minimized and the efficiency of civil complaint handling by public officials will be enhanced.
