The concert was attended by Kim Yong-in, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Kyungwoo Association, along with executives and staff, officers of the Kyungwoo Scholarship Foundation, current and former police officers, and citizens. Although the Police Agency leadership was scheduled to attend, they sent congratulatory flower wreaths instead due to the National Assembly audit schedule.
Hosted by renowned Korean traditional music vocalist Park Ae-ri, the event featured performances by the Kyungwoo Wind Orchestra (40 members), popular singers Nam Jin, Kim Seong-hwan, Choi Yuna, and Yoyomi, world-class vocalists Seok Sang-geun and Choi Yunna, and master drummer Kim Gyu-moon.
A plaque of appreciation ceremony followed. The Korea Retired Police Officers Association presented plaques of appreciation to Nam Jae-hee, director of the Kyungwoo Scholarship Foundation and former police chief, who donated 1 billion KRW, and to Baek Yong-gi, who contributed 100 million KRW. It was reported that Baek has supported the police and the Kyungwoo Association influenced by his father, a police chief.
