A man in his 30s who stole a taxi driver's wallet and cash while riding as a passenger was arrested by the police.
According to the Masan Dongbu Police Station in Gyeongnam on the 12th, the arrested suspect, Mr. A, is accused of stealing cash inside the vehicle after boarding a taxi on the road in front of a bank in Masanhwoe-gu, Changwon City, at around 1:25 a.m. on the 5th.
At the time of the crime, Mr. A distracted the driver by talking to him, then covered his hand with his outerwear and took the driver's wallet and cash from the storage compartment between the driver's seat and the passenger seat.
